DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF MODEL OF CARE FOR CAMHS HUBS AND PILOT SITE
IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
SUMMARY
The HSE Mental Health Strategy and Planning function invites
applications from suitably qualified and experienced clinicians,
researchers or facilitators to undertake a service design process to
inform the design and development of Child and Adult Mental Health
(CAMHs) Hubs within Mental health Services.
The project tender requirements include 1) Engagement with the CAMHs
Hub working group and all key identified stakeholders; 2) Review of
international best practice literature on CAMHs Hub Services; 3)
Design and development of a Clinical Model of Care (MOC) for the
implementation of CAMHs Hubs in collaboration with the working group;
and 4) Development of a pilot site implementation plan. It is
envisaged that the successful applicant will work collaboratively with
all key stakeholders and involve them in the design process. Fieldwork
and stakeholder engagement must be undertaken between November **Apply

the final Model of Care for service implementation and Pilot Site

AS PART OF THE CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF HSE MENTAL HEALTH
CAMHS HUB S SERVICES. AWARD OF THIS CONTRACT WILL NOT PRECLUDE THE
SUCCESSFUL CONTRACTOR FROM THE PARTICIPATION IN OR AWARD OF FUTURE
CONTRACTS IN RELATION TO THIS WORK.
